She just said that her white side was not accepting of her mother being pregnant by a black man, and took a while to get used to it. She didn’t say that, that same problem occurred on her black side though. So what exactly did the Black side do, to make her feel uncomfortable? Why doesn’t she fit in with them? I understand that mixed people have it struggle-some, sometimes, when it comes to their identity. But let’s not act like... Black people don’t have mixed ppl all in our families that we see as one of us. Just mixed. Which is what they are. Like get real. It’s the white side that usually completely ostracizes their mixed family members.

Not true at all. Blacks are not accepting of us mulatto's. Black people have a lot of hatred and jealousy towards mulattos. You see this with the whole Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef. Black people put targets on our backs and push conspiracies about how we can't be trusted and are used to replace them. Even though when you study so called black history you will find that alot of these historical figures who fought for black people were mulatto's like Thurgood Marshal, Booker T Washington, Frederick Douglass etc... and many more. When I studied so called black history i realized it should've been called Mulatto history. There's a video of Kendrick Lamar on KZbin where he's being interviewed and he is praising Drake and thanking Drake for helping out his career by putting him on his tour when he wasn't a big rapper. And it's crazy how this pro black troll doll pushed this anti mixed/white message in his diss to Drake when he's literally in a relationship with a biracial woman that looks whiter than Drake. And his children are biracial. And the same pro black women who always complain about black men dating non black women are not even calling him out on it. They're praising him for attacking the biracial guy

The hate starts at 1:12. Smh it's not anything other than hate don't try and say special privilege, but let's keep it real. Being raised by 2 different cultures produces a more knowledgeable child with different opportunities. As oppose to 2 black parents which of course not all but a good portion have the same mindset and ideals on raising black children. Try to imagine your black mother raising you guiding you and then she says you know what let's look into an outside perspective to see what qualities faults or techniques we can pick up from a white man? Of course it wouldn't happen but the point is subjective to being misinterpreted as "privilege" just because a child was raised with different values ideals or standards than yourself. My black brothers were raised by my father to avoid anything white because white is bad. Then I showed up with a white mother, and needless to say the 2 households were polar opposites. And more often than not we mixed ppl are many times raised by our single white mothers and white families. So of course there will be many differences and patterns not common amongst black families... 2 different worlds! No special anything, just a different approach to life.

Not sure if "mulatto" was a slur, never heard it as such, but I've lived a blessed life. However, I do history. I dabble in genealogy and in the 1920 census African Americans were identified or identified themselves as mulatto and later in the 1930 census, they did not have that option. They had to identify as 'negro'. My son and all my nieces and nephews are bi-racial (black/hispanic & black/asian), so they have their own terms, but if I go by their Facebook, the Black/Asians ID as Black and the Black/Hispanic ones ID as both.
