I've just bought Amarige. It was a blind buy and I'm delighted. I adore 90s perfumes, especially created by D. Ropion. I also have Poeme by Lancome. It also has similar 90s vibe😊They both are gorgeous.

I purchased Amarige in the late 90s when I was around 18-19. It was my very first non-drugstore fragrance purchase and I was absolutely in love with it. I wore it anytime I wanted to feel mature and fancy. Men would stop me all the time and tell me how amazing I smelled. I'll always have fond memories when wearing this fragrance. Thanks for sharing! 💚

Thanks for this review. They both are my super favourite perfumes too... I first bought Chanel Allure when they first launched in 1996, but it was an EDT, which i developed a very serious sinus allergy to it. Then in later years i discovered that my nose could happily accept Chanel Allure the EDP version. Since then i knew for most Chanel juices, their EDP and EDT are of different composition. The same for Chanel Cristalle too. Im allergic to the EDT, coughing symptom, but im perfectly ok with Cristalle EDP . Thank goodness!

My mother used to wear this scent. I haven’t smelled it in years, but i remember being too young to wear it before, its more mature, but still sexy. I remember it feeling creamy to me. Curious to sample it again all these years later now that i’m mature enough to wear it.

Yes! Amarige really does have this full, creamy white floral feeling. I'm 38 and am not shy about wearing it now, though I understand how a younger person might think it was a lot ;). Happy sampling!

Pleasures by Estee Lauder and Dune by Dior. I had Amarige for a while but them grew out of it. Used touse CK one.
