Allure of the Seas Dolphin Cove Aquatic Encounter Falmouth Jamaica Royal Caribbean

We purchased the Dolphin Cove aquatic encounter Excursion through Royal Caribbean. This excursion was 100% worth it, it was amazing. We were in the water for about 1hr. & 45 minutes with the dolphins. They did tons of Tricks, we all got to kiss them and dance with them. They even took my sunglasses, swim around with them, and somehow didn't lose them. They showed us a bunch of tricks and stunts that they could do, which was amazing. I would 100% recommend this for anybody. That alone was worth the money, and the place had a million other things to do also. Next time we may just rent a vehicle and go there for an entire day. The thing I like about booking through Royal Caribbean, is you are 100% covered if something were to happen.

our family is going on our first ever cruise in a month and we did book this for us.. I think when we book on the Royal Caribbean site, it only covers the dolphins and not the sharks or stingrays, am I correct? Is there an area in the middle where you can go and just snorkel too? that would be really awesome and the kids would love that too

a lot has probably changed since we have been there. you could probably book a Snorkeling thing through them while you are there.

Thanks for the great video! My family is planning on doing this on our upcoming cruise! Question about the photos - We don't want to pay the outrageous amount for their photos, so we are going to go in 2 groups, 11:00 then 11:45. Do you think we would be able to take pictures of our members that way?

Did you actually swim with the dolphins or just on the side?

we were just on the side, you can purchase a swim with the dolphins excursion though

If you were talking about taking your own pictures for the dolphin encounter, the answer is no. They don't let any cameras in there at all. You would have to have like a 1000x telescoping lens and do it from a hundred yards away. we had a group of eight and they wanted like $500 for the pictures, all I could do was laugh. The dolphin encounter was amazing now, way more than what we expected.

The dolphins are NOT enjoying themselves and are being seriously harmed for your enjoyment. Do not support the exploitation of these beautiful and very intelligent animals.

Huh, are you sure you spoke to those dolphins? I had a sweet little conversation with them. They actually spoke to me, & they said that they couldn't be happier. 🙂

@Sunshine Ray there is a safe area to lay out on the beach, but it is a small area over by the water slide. I can't remember 100% if there was food for purchase, I almost think that there was. I'm pretty sure they have a website on the internet, you could actually get on that and ask them. Once you are in that area for the excursion, it is a gated. so it is very safe.
