You have to go to CITADEL first. But you don't have to do the arg if you don't want to anymore. Noodle pushed an update where you can just skip the whole thing to fight the boss. I'll cover that in my next video. You can just go to Ruined Midgar, turn on the computer, go to CITADEL, then set the map to The End.

At Somewhere Memorable Does Refresh work or not really? Because this is the 2nd time I failed to do it quick enough (it didn't give me decrypt 2nd code)

Like I said, Somewhere Memorable is very buggy. If refresh is not working, you'll have to restart the map. Just set it to another map and then set it to somewhere memorable again.

I used clipchamp, the same software I use for editing. It was very helpful given that I was able to visually see the morse code. You can also use audacity or any other audio visualizer.

Can't really help you there. Knowing how to Morse code is really mandatory here. Although try to use audacity (or something that has an audio visualizer) and see the audio waves. Small waves (1 second) are dots, long waves (1,5-2 seconds) are dashes.

@@lincongarcia7864 Normally you'd need to do the process of translating the morse into binary, then binary into text, and putting the text in. I can't say exactly what would be the answer, given the codes are all random.

I don't recommend using sniping tools for that, given they can give the color the wrong shading. Try using a raw screenshot and getting the RGB values in paint ms, or try turning your brightness up.

Binary needs to be put in after being translated from morse, after the playback. If I recall correctly, you can make the computer repeat the morse.

No, they'll get a message which kicks them, saying something along the lines of "Nothing to see here, move along." If they don't have the badge themselves.
