@@AllWingsEverything It was delicious! I did add some sharp cheddar cheese and it worked well! I was surprised at how much it made. I cook for myself so I had to freeze quite a bit of it…which is ok too! Thank you! This was a great one for me. All of your recipes are great, but I have to be honest…I don’t eat chicken, turkey, or bird of any kind. If a recipe calls for chicken broth, I use a vegan chicken broth. I do eat beef and a little pork now and again. I only found your channel because I was looking for chicken wing recipes to cook for company. I keep watching because of recipes like this one…quick and easy! I like simple! I am now a bona fide fan❣️

If you can afford it, swap out the Parmesan cheese for pecorino Romano. It’s a whole new level.

Percorino romano is a much stronger cheese. My family loves it, but to me the flavor is too strong. Sheep milk/cheese is stronger is stronger because of the difference in the digestive system between sheep and cows.

That looks badass. I'm making it on Saturday but I'm changing a couple things. One, I'm using ricotta instead of cream cheese. 2, I'm adding a layer of pepperoni before the cheese. And 3, crumbling some bacon and mixing with some sautéed onion to go with the cheese on top. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

@AllWingsEverything alright so the changed I made...I did wind up using Ricotta instead of cream cheese. That is an absolute win. I sprinkled some Italian blend herbs into the cheese mix. I did not add bacon but did wind up adding the layer of Pepperoni. I feel like this was way more popular with the kids than the adults. The onion, I caramelized in a mix of 50/50 beef and Italian sausage, rendered some tomatoes and wound up making my own meat sauce. It worked wonderful. I'd caution to anyone reading to add a light dab of meat sauce at the bottom of their baking dish even with some spray, as several of my ravioli wound up sticking. This will also help the cheese from forming a crust on the bottom.
