I have a food science question: People always caution to not overcook the shrimp because it wil get a rubbery texture. By your cooking them before adding to to dish and then cooking it another 45+ minutes, does that change the texture of the shrimp (other seafood)? By the way, I was considering Skill Share but I wish they would let you review the offerings before signing. Did I miss something in the instructions? (no response needed to that question....just say'n. Thanks again for sharing another one of your delicious recipes.

Yes you can overcook shrimp but these turned out great. In regards to Skillshare it's free to sign up. They give 1 month free. Cancel before the end of the month if you decide not to continue and you won't be charged. But there are some great courses there. You should check it out. Also, did you make the Mac and Cheese yet?
