This is the best Okra ever!! I fixed my 2nd batch tonight with fried corn and Chuck Roast. I heard your comment about okra in gumbo. I fry my okra and serve on top of gumbo. It's a hit here. My family does not like slimy okra.

I hated okra when i was a little girl- the slime and them young unsofisticated taste buds. I like it in soups and stews now. These look really good. Can't say ive ever seen a dish that came from your kitchen not looking like i could try it. Oh, lime juice cuts down on the slime a bit.
