Grew up with my mom using Walkerswood, that on chicken and salmon, so good

I always use Walkers Wood... I marinate with olive oil for 24hours and bake mine slow slow thne at the end I take the foil off the baking dish to crisp it up... voila, every single time... its a hit!!] Served up with rice and a salad.... o m goodness

@@AllWingsEverything its definitely awesome and yours reminded me of it...yep. Walkers Wood - olive oil and a slow bake ... forgot to say. Before putting in oven, pour in a low small level of water... no worries it will cook off. Bake and then crisp... 😋

I use Walkerswood jerk seasoning as well (got some in the fridge and one in the panty right now). I use it to marinate my oxtail as well. I have used the one by Grace, but that is harder to find here in NC. Walkerswood is most always at my local Walmart.
