Best looking meatloaf ever!! I can not wait to try this recipe. Love the simple way he presents the recipes and the inventive tips he gives us (the tin foil trick is so smart). btw-I am with you about the bacon - you can never have too much. wish the brand of bacon he used was noted because it looks so good. not too thick or too thin.
