Great Video - Ally this meant to be only encouragement. CARNIVORE way of eating as it will transform your body and health. Your from Texas and no stranger to beef. Do it you will be amazed at the results and able to rock it out into very old age. You have an excellent body, but your young don't let age take that away from you.
