There is something about this lady that fascinates me that in every 400 meter race she sort of gracefully pulls away in the first 80 to 100 meters and does not look back. She is always relaxed right throughout the race. She has so much respect for those she competes with. A lesson for all of us.

Allyson Felix was so under rated, she was truly one of the all time greats. Slim build, shorter than most of the competition she was really a great game day track runner. She beat talented competition with perfect strategy, perfect form, technique and GUTS. She was really a great relay runner and individual 200 and 400 meter runner.

Yes but remember.. For the Rio Olympics Allyson was coming off an ankle injury.. It's the main reason why she missed qualifying for the 200m. She was lucky to even train. But she made it with a lot of pain.

+Looter Jr Split time from a relay are not the same as open times. You are not running the exact distance. Quite often it is less because the baton is exchanged in a zone not a exact point. Also you have a running start.
