The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best supplication for seeking forgiveness (Syed-ul- Istighfar) is to say: 'Allahumma Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa Anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa abu'u bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta. (O Allah! You are my Rubb. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon).' He who supplicates in these terms during the day with firm belief in it and dies on the same day (before the evening), he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah; and if anyone supplicates in these terms during the night with firm belief in it and dies before the morning, he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah." [Al-Bukhari].

@@sabbbzx I'm not here to argue opinions however, it was Never a commandment and there is no punishment for it. Modesty dress is encouraged. In addition, A hijabi wearer isn't necessarily "more spiritual" than a non hijabi wearer. Only Allah knows what people do in secrecy so we must stop judging others and focus on ourselves. May Allah guide us all. Ameen💕

@@user-hf6cr7ke6zSister, May Allah increase you in knowledge. There are loads of evidences from the Quran and Hadiths to prove that the hijab is Obligatory. I will suffice you with one because one clear evidence is sufficient for the seeker of truth. Allah says in Surah Nur verse 31 that believing women should lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their hair, bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment. Now the next question is how do we know it is obligatory?. The answer is in the first verse of the very same Surah. Allah said - This is a sûrah which We have revealed and made its rulings obligatory, and revealed in it clear commandments so that you may be mindful. My sister it is very clear, please do not let this worldly life deceive you as you will eventually be returned to your creator, the majestic, full of honor and power. If you do not wear the hijab willingly when you are alive, you will still be wrapped completely when you are dead and no one will be willing to even look at you. Please Do not turn away from the command of your lord because you want to please the servants of your Lord. Remember, there is no obedience to the creation in what involves disobedience to the creator. May Allah keep you steadfast. You have to believe the Hijab is mandatory as it is a commandment from Allah and disbelief in it after the evidences has been made clear to you is a path to Kufr. We seek Allah’s protection from that. Peace be upon you.

Dr shabir allay denies the qadr of Allah. He can even be classifed as a kaaf1r for his deviations. Infact this is a statement of kufr he has uttered. The consensus of scholars says otherwise.... He isnt anywhere being a scholar. I doubt his Islaam

Shabir ally can be vlasfied as a non muslim even for his deviations... he denies the qadr of Allah. The consensus of scholars says otherwise that proper hijab(wide abaya )is obligatory.....

It surprises me that all imams all islamic scholars all people in higher positions. Only want to talk about rules for woman in islam, punishment for woman in islam, how woman should be in islam, what muslim woman should eat, do , wear, breathe. Etc etc But sadly no one. No one mentions the rules for men. Sadly no one... or very feewww.. no wonder the status of a woman in islam is reduced so much..

Sadly none or very few? You certainly have not seeked any knowledge or enough of it. The moment advice is given about women, the reaction is always the same, what about what about. Advice is for both men and women. When given, it should be taken upon regardless what others are doing rather than trying to deflect and focus on anything else but the advice. The teacher is quoting and explaining a hadith which the Prophet said.
