In the video, the Ustadh mentions that the strongest opinion is that praying anywhere in the city of Makkah gives the same reward as praying specifically in Masjid al-Haram, as the city itself is referred to as ‘Masjid al-Haram’ in the Qur’an. My question is: does this reward also apply to Madinah and Bayt al-Maqdis, or is it unique to Makkah because of the ayah?

Sheikh Husaam al Humaydah الشيخ حسام الحمايدة Is a Jordanian Hanafi Athari scholars Though he doesn't upload much Hanafi content Most of his videos are probably on Aqeedah of Salaf etc
