You are doing a fantastic job! Your crups are looking good. I’m always looking to try new things. Like you, next year, I plan to start all my seeds in the greenhouse for the first time. I’m looking forward to the experience. We have high winds in north Texas, too. Thanks for sharing ♥️

If you get bored, you should draw up on graph paper a garden property layout. That way you can write in what you have where ect. Or a marker board with fine line tape showing the layout so you can just rewrite in as you move things around. Basically do a property layout so you’ll have room to add or move around beds as you improve/grow. Just my OCD organized self kicking in. Lol

Everything looks good. I have to keep reminding myself that your about a month ahead of me. However, I do have cabbage envy.

I've never used a grow light. I have abundant light in my kitchen, large window. My starts do well there. Thanks for the garden tour. Everything is coming up great.

Sun shouldn’t be a problem for you until we get some trees growing there

You got a lot of awesome stuff going on down there ! I'm starting stuff early this year but I found really if I plant later in the season stuff does better . The stuff I plant in June seems to catch up pretty quick with stuff I plant in May . I hope you have a great evening !

We moved to Arkansas in September. Northern part. I believe we are zone 6 with lots of oak and little soil any suggestions on nutrient needs for increasing viability of the soil we do have? PS terrific videos even though we just found you.

Great question! Complex answer...I would have to see your soil to help. If it is not deep, I would stack stones for boundaries of where I would plant and let the area where you are provide the materials to build the soils with, being patient.
@hughbeein12652 жыл бұрын
@@ArkansasWoodcutter that has been our approach so far. We noticed that you have some very dark soils and were wondering if you bring in topsoil or other materials to build beds in a hurry... so to speak. It is after all Arkansas and we love it.
