I just love your cooking and methods...I do not have Kajmak nor do I have that delicious looking Slanlina, nor homemade mozarella, but I can obtain sour cream, bacon, store bought mozarella along with bread crumbs, green onion, and parsley, and cook a potato using your methods on a fire using my substitute materials, and I know it will come out delicious. It`s a lot like bacon but better, homemade usually, smoked and/or boiled pork belly i believe but other cuts may be used. I don`t think you can buy this in a store, but there may be some imitation of it out there.
