A Serious Salamander, it's called "editing". Mushrooms darken within seconds after being cut. Look at the end, there are at least three pieces of meat and they only filmed cooking two. This is one of the easiest Almazan recipes I've cooked. I never cooked tenderloin before so I had to look it up. Turns out filet mignon is the same, so I'm good to go with that. Anyway, great recipe. The only thing I didn't see is what to do with the garlic paste. I added it to the veggies and they turned out great. This one's a keeper for sure.
