Be safe, and be well! 😊 Yeah, it's ...amazing (distressing! 😜)... just *how* UGLY some species of fish can get, but, prepared in just the perfect manner, taste phenomenal! This one, simply roasted, looked so much better than some of the fish I saw cooked on the show Iron Chef by that Chinese chef!! But, man!!, Boki sure does love his food ultra-spicy!! Always with the Reaper peppers, instead of peppers that humans can consume! Even the one cat was ...hesitant! Mark Twain said it best: "NEVER trust a man who doesn't love cats!"; his cats are adorable! I, too, love his yard, and though it looks *)))cold(((* now, I'm sure that during the warmer times of the year, it must be just a real joy to spend time out there; it makes me think that a swimming pool, designed to look like a naturally occurring pond, would be a treat and a blessing!
