We recently took on a challenge at Almazan Kitchen and created a video featuring a primitive tandoor we discovered at an abandoned factory. You may recall the delectable tomahawk steak we prepared in a similar fashion previously. To enhance the flavor profile of the dish, we concocted a fiery aromatic oil from fresh Carolina reaper chilies, special hibiscus sugar, and butter. We then cooked the steak with dried Carolina reapers to achieve a mouthwatering, spicy result.

Didn’t really eat the peppers. Just dipped the steak bites into the oil cooked with the Carolina peppers and the pepper infused butter.

Actually the peppers where whole and with their stems so that oil had no hint of pepper besides the bit of butter he put in the end and the butter had dried peppers which not as hot.. dont be fooled. If he wanted to eat the pepper or get the flavour he should have chopped it up.
