Since the first time of discovering this channel I have loved it yet today I have been transported to another dimension. I cannot express the joy that I feel just watching the peace of simple cooking technique. I am having a sledding party with my granddaughter and family in 4 days and I am going to choose a recipe from your videos that compliments the time of year and I have no doubt that we will all have a lifelong memory of our day together,Thank you for the reminder that our basic need of sustenance can be so joyful in preparation and consumption. Dude should make a steel, portable "kitchen". Make a box that a fire can be made on and that also doubles as a carrying case to bring cooking utensils such as pan, spatula, fork/chop sticks, etc.. In the winter it gives you a better place to cook as it is not wet to begin your fire on and does not need to dry out and that releases moisture as the ground dries and puts that moisture back into the wood which slows the burn... anyways awesome video as always!
