Having watched Miggy long before he was at Newcastle, we only got glimpses of National Team Miggy during his time at the club. National Team Miggy terrorized defenders whereas Newcastle Miggy rarely took them on.

Can't wait to see Tonali this season. I reckon his modest form before the ban was caused by stress over the situation he was in. Hopefully, all that is behind him & this coming season, he can settle into his role & show how good he really is. I fancy Tonali to be our 24/25 player of the season.

As far as Miggy is concerned, no one can doubt his work rate/commitment and he's had a few great moments at the club. However hes so frustrating, i think he will be remembered fondly when he leaves the club, as we wont have that frustration to deal with and we can remember the happy moments! But I agree Paul, we absolutely need to move him on now, we are desperate for an upgrade in that position. Maybe if we put it out in the media that we are trying to resign him on a new contract Chelsea will come in for him 😂

In terms of overall appearances for the club Miggy roughly averages a goal every 7.5 games while Murphy is 13.6. Both not great but there is a huge difference

I agree the owners really have to take Howe out of his comfort zone. He has been great for us but he does have his family of players and staff. This is good but not to the cost of the progress of team and club. The likes of Burn, Longstaff and Richie were great support but that shouldn't come at the cost the good of the team.

Miggy had a bad season, otherwise was great for us. If he was a few years younger I wouldn't sell him but now he doesn't have the potential we require. I will always love that hard grafting smiler 🙂

If bayern want trips then we could use him as part of a player and cash deal. I honestly wouldn’t count out mbeumo still think he would be a good back up striker and RW in my opinion but for me olise has to be our main target. I’m with you Paul to be linked with De Ligt, he is amazing player and he is only 24 a lot of potential. Excited to see what happens in the window but would love a CDM to let Bruno, Tonali, Joelinton, Willock etc push on.

Miggy as another 3 years on his contract and has no release clause He has young Family and are Settled he loves Newcastle and has already said he wants to stay He made it clear he doesn't want to move to Saudi Arabia. So weather Miggys agent knows his time is up it will all come down to if the player wants to move or not. So what Newcastle guna do if Miggy says No I'm not accepting terms I'm happy at Newcastle and I've got 3 years left on my contract????

I wouldn’t have Madueke, he may be a good footballer but his attitude is terrible, he was one of the two penalty peni trying to take Palmer’s kick. He also at the age of 22 has been at Crystal Palace, dropped them for Tottenham after three years, then after four years refused a contract and joined PSV for five years before going to Chelsea. I prefer Eddie’s ‘No Dickheads’ rule.

I have also never seen a professional footballer run with his eyes down on the ball at all times not being able to see what's coming his way! If there is a wrong option to take on a football pitch you can bet your house Almiron will take that very option! A winger who cannot cross a ball and has offered very little in his time at the club. Carabao for instance, both manc teams away, followed by Chelsea also away. That draw stunk. Then let's look at man u's build up to the fa- Stockport, forest, Liverpool, Coventry and a hung over city. Only tricky game was Liverpool. Piece of cake when your always against the weakest. So no, man u aren't miles ahead, they're behind, literally. They are also in deep 💩. Their players are on ridiculous wages so good luck shifting them, they've clearly got financial issues and a disintegrating stadium. I stand by my remarks, the same as my team. Try it sometime

Miggy has a very young family, he is settled with a child at school, and if he is on £100,000 a week would you feel obliged to simply leave. I’m not a fan of Miggy at all but I think there is a bit of bullying going on now. If he does have to stay for family reasons we need to understand that as other fathers would do just the same.

That’s his job. That’s one of the reasons he gets 100k a week. It is a lifestyle that means you have a limited career where you may have to uproot your family. I like him as a person, but he’s not good enough, hasn’t been for a while and his total absence of work to improve his right foot is an embarrassment. If he cared about the club and his family he could sign with a Saudi club and commute for a couple of years.
