In your video you say 125 grammes of... but in the written recipe you've put 250 gm .... Which is it please? You also said cook at 350F/180C for the first baking (which would usually be 320F/160C in a fan assisted oven) and for the second bake of the slices, your written recipe says cook at 320F/160C which would be 285F/140C. Is there a mix-up in your instructions between non fan assisted & fan assisted oven temps? In a normal oven do you bake the loaf at 180C & the slice at 160C? Thank you.

Good pick up - should be 125 g and yes bake at 180C for the first bake and 160C for the second bake

Oops - it should read 125g or 4 ounces. The first bake is at 180 C (350 F). The drying out of the slices (second bake) is at the lower temperature of 160 C (320 F)
