3eggs white 1/2 cup castor sugar 1/2 cup row almond 120 gm plain flour Bake 180/30 minute Keep in fridge for two days then slice thin put in oven to dry on 130 degrees for 45 to one hour A tip I put in freezer till hardened then sliced
