These cookies are nutritious and do not contain any oil, butter or refined sugar, but just 4 wholesome ingredients. They are gluten-free, dairy-free and 100% vegan.
Recipe:
1 cup Jowar / Sorghum flour
1 cup Desiccated coconut
1/2 cup Almonds - powdered
50g Jaggery powdered ( Add more if required )
1/2 tsp baking powder and a Pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients
Add water as required little by little to form a firm cookie dough ( 1/4 cup )
Shape them in-between your palms or cookie cutter
Decorate the cookies with chopped almonds or desiccated coconut
Pre-heat your oven at 250 degrees Celcius
Bake them for 15-20 mins
Keep them on a cooling rack and let in cool for 20-30 mins
Store it in an airtight container
