soup is a bit too watery, may be a bit less water, would be to my taste. I just use broccoli and water with some salt, boil for a few minutes, blend while its hot, use a metal hand blender if you think the heat will damage the grinder. burnt garlic oil is a nice touch. I do that too.

Poor you, using latin alphabet istead of using devnagri script to type in hindi, lecturing others for using English. She makes her videos in english because she may want her videos to reach all over the world so that everyone can understand.
