healthy almond flour banana cookies!
1 & 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
whisk and set aside
in another bowl :
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 & 1/4 cup mashed bananas
whisk
add in the almond flour mixture
mix everything
now stir in :
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
place parchment paper over a baking tray
lightly spray with non stick cooking spray
scoop out 2 tablespoon of the batter
slightly flatten the tops
bake at 350°F for 16 to 20 minutes
