This recipe for apricot jelly is easy to make with only four ingredients.
Since it is made with agar, it has a smooth and slippery texture and is quick to prepare, making it perfect for dessert.
Turn on subtitles to see the instructions.
▷Ingredients:
20 g almond jelly powder
35 g granulated sugar
2 g agar agar powder
200ml water
200ml milk
▷How to make:
1. Mix apricot frosting, sugar, and agar powder in a pan.
2. Add water a little at a time and stir to prevent lumps from forming.
3. Bring to a boil over low to medium heat, and stir for 2 minutes to dissolve the agar.
4. Add milk in 2 to 3 batches and stir.
5. Strain the apricot liquid through a tea strainer, place in a container, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
