How to Make Macarons at Home (Beginner Recipe, Matcha Green Tea Macarons with Buttercream Filling)

50g almond flour
48g sugar powder
50g egg whites
60 sugar
3g matcha powder
2 yolks
90g unsalted butter
55g sugar
16g water
6g matcha powder
1. If you use too much macaronage, the macaron will become stained.
2. Cracks occur if drying is not enough (do it in moderation)
3. It tastes even better if it is aged in the refrigerator for a day.

It’s hard, but not impossible😅 you to be careful with the room humidity, temperature, if your oven is calibrated and shows the real temperature inside and a lot of variations that could go wrong

I tried making and they were almost perfect, but it seems like I took it out after 10 min and they were undercooked so they looked perfect at first but then deflated and stuck to mat. But I did see the cute feet developing and they had a smooth top before I took it out :(. I'll try again tomorrow at 300 degrees for maybe 14-15 min I saw some other recipes that gave that timeframe. Also idk if I did something weird but my batch only produced about 12. But the overall texture and size matched with the video so IDK.
