I found this recipe on Pinterest and had the same problem with them running. I added a bit more coconut to the second batch before I put them in the oven and that helped. They also stuck to the parchment paper. I think baking them in in a greased mini muffin tin might work better.

I will try more coconut next time! I did not not have an issue with the cookies sticking. But I like the muffin pan idea, thank you! 🙂

Ron E Oh, you’re comment gave me a great idea, because I’m wanting to make them smaller, and I have a mini muffin pan that would work perfectly. Thanks for the idea!! :)

Think I will bake them in a cake pan and make bar cookies.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes before baking to avoid spreading so much and add the whole bag of coconut

I saw oven at 375. Not the 325. Maybe that could be the problem

I think I’d categorize these as an almond joy candy, more than a cookie. But these would be a great addition to Christmas goodies. I think I’ll try them with a small scoop. Idk why that condensed milk did that either. Weird..lol

It might have to do with the store brand of condensed milk I used. Next time I will use Eagle Brand...Thank you for watching🙂

That's what I call improvising...lol. That's what you get for not cooking with an apron...lol 🤣😀 I bet you they were still tasty!

LOL! I should have known that apron had something to do with it!😄
