First things first, those copycat Almond Joy bars look WAY better than the real thing. And we suspect they taste even better than they look. Second things second...we LOVE Herb Alpert. Like, within the hour we were listening to his version of My Favorite Things. Which is arguably the best version of the song that ever were (and ever shall be!) Terrific recipe as always! It’s funny that when I was growing up in the 80s, everybody’s parents had that album, but I never listened to it until a couple years ago. Now I’m hooked! It’s so great, which explains why everyone had it. Anyway, yes, definitely make these. They’re really delicious! If you can make them smaller than I did, I’d recommend it. They’re VERY sweet.
