Almond Orange Cake | Bakeful

This is a wonderful moist Orange Almond Cake that's literally bursting with orange flavour! I love this Orange Cake for the nutty flavour and the damp and sticky texture.
This cake uses a unique method by blitzing whole oranges (rind and all) that have been slowly cooked for 2 hours which removed the bitterness from the rind. There is no oil, no butter, no whisking in this recipe.
