Hi Kevin, thanks for another amazing video into your life there my friend, from good skin care, to writing your novel,, and you are so right to have good friends you can talk to openly. and how some people do not have that. I so enjoy when you take us to the shops and when you cook too. I loved your pancakes with whipped cream and slice bananas and chocolate on top. can I just share with you a nice sweet, I love sliced mangos and strawberries toped with double whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate on top. you can make them in small bowls if you have friends round, and leave them in the fridge for 2 hours before eating them. amazing. my friend. lastly at different times of our lives we can worry sometimes about the future. as a young 73 year old now my best advice would be, age is a number, its your journey in life thats important, do the things you enjoy, smile every day, even when its cold or raining, and always look around you there so much beauty in every day life that sometimes we miss it. so thank you again Kevin. have a great week our friend. 💖🙏🙏🙏

Well for what it’s worth, my advice for growing older is beauty is only skin deep(which you certainly don’t have a problem with). The secret to staying young is in the heart. Being young at heart is the best thing you can do for yourself. Seize the day! Enjoy the moments. Then 40 should be a good. Thank you for cooking for me again and going to the shrine at new years. On the subject of age, all I can say is that I'll be 46 this month and to be honest I don't really care 😅. I could struggle with it and see it as a problem, but I don't! The only resolve is to accept that, and be ok with it. You never know how you will age, so keep up the routine, do your best, and keep positive. So exaggerated... Eating 14 oranges.... You really don't have to eat 14 oranges a day for your vitamin C-intake. Just two pieces of fruit and 200 grams of vegetables. In stead of fruit and vegetables you choose to eat pancakes with a huge amount of greasy whip cream.... :(
