Cool synchronicity. Just yesterday I listened again to one of my favorite songs "Almost cut my hair" by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. When I started grow my hair long over ten years ago, it was for wanting to be part of the counter culture, there were spiritual reasons for it too. Or maybe I just got tired looking too young in my short hair. I haven't cut it since, but I do trim it every now and then. I like it when people have long hair. Remember... _"Friends don't let their friends get haircuts."_ 😉

12:08 that feeling is not being old fashioned, it is metamodern. You are seeing that not all old should be ignored for the new. Some of our traditions have guided us for years for a reason. They work well. Mcluhan and Nietzsche warned us to conciously evaluate and reevaluate all. Or risk losing our very nature to technology. Nietzsche thought we had already lost our nature. He said we needed to back translate our nature. To find our Selves without expections or social constraints/constructs. Something many scriptures could use also... 😮😅🎉

It's so funny you mention that about looking for some sort of adventure I was just speaking about the Garden of Eden story how poorly translated the the cherubim with the flashing sword if you actually read even more clearly in the original language but if you read it with an open mind well first the the language is speaking to a flashing sword it's on fire it's flashing it's sparking it's not turning all around the idea is the Grand adventure is to seek the tree of life we're not barred from Eden, from Paradise by Angels with flaming swords: were barred from the tree of Life, from knowledge, from immortality by our own hubris, by our own ignorance. As Nietzsche said: we would be gods if not for our guts. Or lack of it.

@alohm It was kind of sarcastic, but if you read the Bible you'd learn that we could've had the tree of life, but instead we chose the one forbidden tree of knowledge of good and evil because we believed the lie that we could be like God. And after we disobeyed, we were banned from the tree of life. So if we searched for it now, we'd be disobeying God again and we'd FA&FO what happens (we were punished for eating from the other one... what will happen this time?) Maybe that's what's happening now that I think about it. One one hand, medical and technological advances can extend life and at the same time, society's getting stupid (Idiocracy) and what's good is hated and what's evil is elevated (every cause of blue-haired libs basically). So if we get the tree of life this time, we'll be banned from knowledge of good and evil, and what will be our punishment this time? Just living here in this shithole planet forever with stupid people? But I guess we won't know the difference anyway, so there's that.

Im trying to get my arms a little bigger, i dont really give a shit but why not we upgrade our vehicles, why not our bodies, were trapped in them. I dont loke puffy gym rats with dysmorohia that cant scratch their back, i just want to feel better and be more function, its not about living longer exercise and eating clean its about better quality of life as the older we get the less mobile. Im only allowed to workout on trees and by the lake or forest as i am a tree hugger and dont loke stuffy gyms amd treadmills. I am a mutant with a barrel chest and twig arms, i like a challenge, the secret is consistency and an accumulation of baby efforts, discipline reaps the fruit now i want a kiwi. I think that would be cool for you to cut your hair and embrace some change because clinging to one way (, preferences)can manifest other ruts in your life, embracing change especially in guise of comfort is very good building moment and breaking stagnation, become a shape shifter, get your ging up and use the force. Its like a challenging game only this one counts, enjoy it and embrace the opportunity for change, let it be your sadhana and do your best

That was my outlook & I still don't own a car 😆 it's 80% diet brother... I've been into bodybuilding the last 15 years... Drinking lots of milk is a shortcut to bulking up... Don't worry about putting weight on unless you're already obese... Lift heavy for up to 40mins each session... Any longer you're wasting your time... 3 day splits are best if you're serious and to avoid hitting the same muscle groups... Adequate rest and recovery post workout is key... Hit biceps and chest, rest day, legs and core, rest day, then triceps and back the following day... Lift as heavy as you can handle for 12 reps x 4... Or go all out for 40 minutes like Dorian grey... Your facial shape is elongated and pronounced by the beard chin length, giving you a rectangular look to the viewer. Square is masculine, round is female, poor shape is masking. Shave it all off to see how ugly/handsome you consider yourself to be as looking for others to throw you bouquets is futile.

@KingK-v9x it's been one of the central themes of my research over the last couple decades, and yes.
