Nice way out there look a paradise aren't!!! Elevator needs fixtures test, is will more works very well. Is wasn't repair of elevator and reports to fix-it properly, before resume as normal. What purpose stuck elevator like alarts itself??? How weird elevator isn't???

One of the door interlocks probably failed to latch all the way causing the nudge mode alarm

This is probably the best explanation. It also explains why partially opening the door and allowing it to close again (basically trying again) made it work.

If you keep pressing the switches I guess the confusing inputs can cause the elevator computer to crash just like a PC does.

Nudge mode is all it was the only reason it does that is when the door stays open to long

it went on nudge mode cause the door didn't close properly and the elevator tries to close the door

Why was the elevator buzzing

It's because the doors stay open too long, so it thinks the sensors are blocked. They will close slowly warning people with the buzz.
