Alnwick Castle Trail 10K 2024 | Event Footage

Event footage from the 2024 Alnwick Castle Trail 10k and this was a tricky one! Organisers RunNation billed this as an "undulating" course on the outskirts of the beautiful Alnwick.
But with torrential overnight rain turning parts of the course in to a mudpit, trainers that had no business on a trail, muggy weather and an uphill section that lasted over a mile, nothing seemed to go to plan! Join me for a slog of a run around the majestic countryside of Northumberland.

The downhill makes it all worthwhile. Runs with a view always seem to come with a load of climbing unfortunately, but it did look lovely. Well done 👏
