We call it "skajuniel" - spelling may be completely off, or nopal cactus. We use it by cutting them in half and placing it directly on our heads, necks or temples to help with headaches and fevers. We also boil and drink them for "cooling" and high blood pressure. For our hair, we'll cut them in half and simply scrape the insides and rub the liquid on our scalp. We also combine aloe vera and nopal cactus for hair use. Low cost and effective!👍🏿

In another video I saw where they squeezed the Aloe Vera instead of blending. I switched techniques and noticed and like that the consistency of the Aloe Vera is thicker that way. However I do agree that the cactus is thicker overall.
