Hi Dev! Ah I’m so sorry to hear your son is facing anxiety and depression… there can be so much pressure on finding a job that it’s paralyzing. I wonder if he has loved ones and trusted people in his life (perhaps you!) that he can seek first to support at the emotional and mental level. For me, a strong support system and community that has assured me of my worth beyond my job/career/work has helped me feel secure enough to even begin the career search. Wishing him the best!
