After getting ORAS on a whim for Christmas in 2015, I was hooked. I was excited for whatever came next. Fast-forward two months, and Pokemon Sun & Moon are officially announced! The entire year, my younger brothers and I had kept up with all the news, all the trailers, and all the hype. Then the day came, and my dad let us stay up to go to the midnight release. My brothers both got Sun, while I Moon. The following Saturday we just hung around playing, shouting out our cool new catches, and comparing experiences. Gen 7 will alway be my favorite Pokemon, MY Pokemon.

If you havent played through Gen 5 then i highly recommend it, it may not bee your favourite as you have your gen 7 bias (which i completely understand) but it might be a close second

a nice experience. my experience like that was with Pokemon Sapphire. i got Silver- loved it- then with all the new additions that came with Sapphire and all the mystery behind some of it, it was magical and amazing for me. I think what really did it for me though back then was seeing the first few Pokemon movies on release when i was 6-8. I got bullied out of Pokemon before gen 4 released, but eventually looked back into it with Platinum in 2013. i got to Lake Verity, heard the music and my love for Pokemon was reborn. i got X and Y, had an absolute blast....then i found the Mystery Dungeon Series (Super and Sky) those were a treat and a core memory. Im glad you have amazing memories with something like that. it warms my heart and reminded me of why i love it too.

What perfect timing, I just got back into the alola games Gen 7 feels like the last pokemon games I can just call good without any buts (the dialogue never really bothered me). Since gen 6 is getting more and more love by the day I hope we can see the same for alola soon

This region is my Home Region away from my Home Region of Unova. It was the end of multiple Eras, for the Anime, for the Video Game Systems, even for being able to transfer Pokémon as they will all soon be lost and locked once Pokémon Bank is shut down. So I'll transfer everyone from Bank to Home that I became family with from all the years of journeys together, my Pokémon Ohana, Mahalo Alola. Let's reach for the stars as we take off in a ray of rainbow light.🌈🌠

Great job! The Alola region theme is probably the most memorable region theme besides Sinnoh’s. Me like!

This is SO good!! I love it! You've done such amazing work for the Alolan region. Has always been, and will always be my favourite games. You and your buddy did some fantastic arrangements and fantastic interpretation. Genuinely smiled ear to ear listening to this. I'd love to hear this when we revisit Alola! Thank you from the bottom of my hear, friend. :)
