Is there anything better than coming home from a long day of work, preparing a tasty meal, sit down and then watch Rods new video?! Thank you so much for all the effort you put in your videos! Your videos motivated me to go out fishing more frequently and even do solo overnighters with cooking my catch of the day. Rock on, Rod! Greetings from the other half of the world - germany!

Always a pleasure Rod. Your production quality is always top of the mark, and you talk to us like we're on the trip with you. Really draws me into the experience so I feel like I am. Sitting here in a late-spring snowstorm hoping it doesn't break tree branches and cut off the power, I'm glad it stayed on long enough to watch this! Thanks and take care out there.

@@rokkitkit I got news for all "lost souls", you die without Jesus Christ, your soul will go in the most horrific place called "hell", it's an eternal separation from God. That is the truth and the "Truth" shall set you free. Romans 6:23, "the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, there is no other way. Today is the day of your salvation, now is the accepted time because tomorrow is not promised. Make a wise decision, Heaven (saved in the Lord Jesus Christ) or hell (everlasting punishment). Your soul matters to God, He doesn't want any soul to parish but to have everlasting life . Please read these verses and get your souls saved before it's too late because we are running out of time, Jesus Christ is on His way to rapture His Church. John 3:16, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 2:8-9. Grace and Peace.

Rod, great video as usual. Speaking as a chef, have you considered changing your round frying pan for an oblong one ? It would more probably suit the shape of a fish, and should take some veggies as well. Doesn't really have to be bigger either. Regards.

I love these island trips. It’s like you have invented your own KZbin language and you speak to us in that and always have something interesting to say. By the way, I see all you young fellas scaling fish with the sharp side of your knife. I was taught to use the back of the knife to save the edge. Give it a go and see what you reckon.

Re the clicking sound underwater, I really thought it was your underwater camera’s case making that sound 😅 I tried taking my GoPro with a waterproofing case underwater near our home and when I reviewed the videos, I also heard similar clicking noises. Now I know it was just life on the reefs and corals making those sounds. Great video as always, man. 👌

Buying a sailboat because of you just sold my house and motorcycles taking my dog up to the San Juan islands in Washington state in the USA my mom is from Brisbane but long story short going to crab and live off the land self-sufficient solar panels on my boat will help with that. But gathering all my belongings and summer is just starting here can’t wait. Washingtons coast is gnarly cold and dangerous but I’m going to figure it out as I go. It’s time for a new journey! It’s still a shock to the system to hear you say thongs referencing sandals. In the states, thongs are known as lady’s underwear and we call sandals flip flops for the most part. I love the differences in culture and lingo, it’s one of my favorite parts about your channel. I love seeing all the different parts of Australia. The environments are different, the animals are different, and seeing all the different fish species is awesome. Your channel is my favorite in all of KZbin. Keep up the awesome videos!
