emma’s never going to see this but i’m a hairdresser so i have to say it anyways...i saw she packed function of beauty shampoo/conditioner and that could be whats ruining her hair. i know she bleached it but this happened to me while using their products and from what i’ve seen on tiktok and their reviews it’s happening to tons of other people too. it makes your hair thin and fall out in chunks and it makes it brittle and snap off at the ends. if you’re using this brand and wondering why your hair is suddenly horrible you know why!!
