The fact that Luigi's voice went from anguished and begging for Mario to not go but then suddenly tones down to a less audible level at 0:22 makes it sound like he's aware that BF and GF are coming (especially since this happens at the part where BF is hanged) and is trying his best for the little sense of dignity he has left to not look pathetic in front of others, especially Ghosts who he believes are his enemies. In every way this is the exact opposite of IHY creepypasta. Seeing Luigi this depressed is heartbreaking.

I really love how Boyfriend is depicted as a Ghost trying to comfort Luigi rather than mocking him or fighting him, but still ends up messing up due to doing it in his own way, like telling him to just forget Mario because he's gone is kind of a "sincere, but stupid" move. It is also really heartbreaking hearing Boyfriend end it off by saying "we'll see you on the other side." It's like he's accepting that Luigi's depression makes him beyond saving, that along with Luigi presumably committing suicide at the end, also references the popular theory of Luigi already being dead during the events of the beta due to the glitch that makes it looks like his shadow was hanging itself. This lyric was so great, it did a great job conveying Luigi's depression and a surprisingly good job at Boyfriend's attempt at helping him out of depression while remaining in character.

Great cover! I still like Juno's the most, but this is really, really good too. Bonus points for the extra effort of giving Boyfriend actual lyrics too, even though I think it would be better if his voice was edited to be more high pitched or something, because he and Luigi sound too similar (I know, they're voiced by the same person). But that's just my opinion, and it's really no big deal. Also Jaiden_Boyfriend killed it yet again as Mario - I don't know why but his voice fits so well (especially the IHY character design) despite sounding nothing like any official version of Mario so far, and his singing is always nice to listen to. I don't understand the "(Get tf over it)" next to his name in the description though, were other people complaining? Anyway, I love how much emotion was put into Luigi's lines after the Mario painting part, 10/10. The ending is very sad, but fitting the depressing vibe of the song I guess.

how do you just drop these things out of nowhere and have it be great the way BF and Luigi interact is this is the best use of both of them I've seen, Luigi still sad and upset and BF trying to comfort him but failing BF saying 'Fate works in a funny way' and telling Luigi to take a break cuz he's overworked and there's no other way, then Luigi calling BF a monster for saying that turning the rest of the song into more of an argument. basically BF's motto is 'it is what it is' which works really well more into BF's line I mentioned the 'funny way' line and 'What we see just can't be' to 'Plainly just imaginary' with BF being like 'dude. get over it' is great, 'for Green can see greener pastures' and 'Can't turn back the clock, so you can only move on" are just good lines, 'I can't stop you in the end from taking your last step, oh/when you have last regrets, oh' are great lines, with BF noting how he really has no power over this situtation, and also the reference to All-Stars with the same meaning is great, but then when he tries to comfort after he just says 'Where's the plumber that never stayed down when fallen' he doesn't specify Luigi, so it reads as him asking 'where is mario', 'end your game' is another good suicide synonym, and the ending with BF accepting that Luigi is a lost cause still comforts him before leaving is just great I have much less stand-out lines for Luigi but I really appreciated the emotion put into the lines being more than just sad, being angry towards the end too, and the ending panels having the car pull up just to see Luigi's bloodied cap is actually genius
