Aren't the eagles absolutely amazing?? We have bajillions of them up here, and we still get excited every time we see them. 😊 My aunt lived in Valdez for many years and she had a huge tree that would hold dozens of eagles at a time, and frequently did. She dubbed it "The eagle tree", and took photos of it all the time. Praise God you and Kenai are living such a fabulous life in that gorgeous place!

Hi Diana! Yes, they are! I remember seeing trees full of them when on the cruise I took many years ago. They looked like tennis balls dotting the spruce trees. Kenai and I consider ourselves to be very fortunate to live in such a fantastic state! Hope all is well with you! 🤗🐺💗

Throw an inch of leaves and bagged manure in your bed threw late fall when your done this fall tiny sticks also (i used larger sticks but Indiana i get 100° in the summer and the larger ones break down and helps the soil not compact during winter ... i add 2" of leaves but your season wont break down the leaves like I do so add 1/2 to 1" of leaves broken up will help. I add cardboard toward bottom of my raised beds but mine are 17" high
@deborahb.37365 ай бұрын
you could put a plastic cover over the beds the beginning of May.. let the meagre sunlight warm the ground. then you could plant earlier and just leave the beds covered until it's warm enough .. and you could make it so that you could flip the plastic cover over the beds in the event of unseasonable frost or snow.. .. also.. the plastic cover would extend garden life in the fall.. just use the white pipe method you used for the greenhouse on the side of your house. tie it to the pvc piping when not needed.. just a thought.

You have a beautiful garden, and you should be proud of your work, the only thing I would say is, don't pack your soil so hard when planting. Packed soil makes it difficult for a elongating plant to push through the soil, as well as it causes pudding on the surface of the soil, and water doesn't leach into the soil, and then most of your top nutrients will wash off with the surface water. Your space between plants will gain you a nice yield if mother nature let's us make it to harvest. I'm not growing this year; however, I'm letting a neighbor grow in my greenhouse this year. I'm going to do some gold panning, and fishing this summer, and I might take a kayak down the Reo Grand River, a friend of mine has them, and has asked me to, I've never done it, but I believe it will be fun. Love the views in your video, and much respect for you and your work. May God's Blessings be over you. 😃😎😇
