I've tried few of your recipes and they all turned out amazingly delicious. I dislike my own cooking but today’s Aloo Gosht which I made with your recipe; was simply delicious and left me with no other choice but to subscribe your channel and leave a positive feedback. I've tasted my cooked Alo Gosht before and after adding Ajino Motto and I must admit that taste was surely enhanced after adding Ajino Moto. nayusuf 1 Lb is almost like a 1/2 kg of meat so Make all Quantities half as of 1 Kg meat. Paani kitna Daalna hay???????????. It depends upon "Keh Gosht Kitni Jaldi Galta Hay." some kind of Goat meat takes two hours for 90% tender, while some take, 30 to 45 minutes only. So it depends upon kind of meat. But how much SHORBA/SHORWA you want to keep. Ideal is not that GARHHA" but it should not be like water. According to me it should be 60% like water. But what do you like?? is more important.

You can use tomatoes, lot of people use tomatoes instead of Yogurt, but, 1st it would not be traditional Restaurant style. It would be home style. Plus the taste will decrease also. At home, my wife made many times. For one Kg meat, quantity will be 300 gm.

salam bahi, i have a very important question please respond when you can, i have a big family and we cant not all eat in either 1 kg or 1.25 kg of meat friom this video or other videos. I was wondering if i want to increase the amount of the meat by double, do i also increase everything else like the masala, or ginger/garlic paste. by double please help me out in understanding this. Bhaijaan, please always mention that ginger garlic paste should not be cold i followed the recepie but ginger garlic paste was flying everywhere when added in hot oil. Otherwise end result was good, thanks!

How come you are adding methi in aloo salan ? We dehli walas ( from Karachi ) dont put methi . What about the Aloo Salan we have at weddings thats cooked in daigs ? and haldi !!

Shumaila Khan I do not use any more except where is a must ingredient, Like Chinese Rice, Chicken Corn Soup etc.
Tariq Khokar Ajino moto zaroori nahin hay. Mujhe achcha lagta "THAA" is liyay meri pehli recipes main hay. It is optional. Remember all restaurants use MSG for the Enhancement. But not in my recipes anymore.

Guru, as per my experience aloo do not cook that fast. Viewers may consider putting soaked aloo in micro wave for 4/5 minutes and then adding it to the meat. The Nihari recipe though tempting is too threatening as it is cooked in animal fat. It is true that restaurants do that but we Muslims normally have such a rich diet that animal fat can be avoided. I rather avoid cooking in fat so that I may enjoy the luxury of bone marrow. A big thank you for all your efforts.

King Mitha Guru Jee. Depends what kind of Aaloo you are using. Where do you live?????. If you live near sea level then cooking time is less than if you live too much above see level. Like in Mumbai cooking time is always less than that of Delhi, because of sea level and air pressure. As I presented Nihari Restarant style. This is the way professionals make. I personally make with some fat and always use Banaspati Ghee. Nihari is made 99% by muslims even at homes or commercially. Thank you for all your deep comments.
