Your dish and the recipe for it look both amazing and delicious. I will make this in my kitchen at home in a type of cooking vessel that comes from the South West USA and Northern Mexico that is called a DISCADA! It is like a TAWA but a bit more concave in shape and depth. The only ingredients that I am not able to readily obtain are fresh curry leaves. But I will look around for them to see what I can find. @@brindasrim8439 i;m 27 and i dont even know how to switch on/off the stove till this may month.i was actually not interested in learning it. finally, i decided to learn cooking in this free time. my mom used to murmur something like yours in the begining, but i didnt giveup. i took over the kitchen now. im teaching her youtube recipes to her everyday like they are my own :P . and the the wastage when i cook is almost zero. :D
