2 cup wheat flour
2 boiled potato
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chop green chilli
chop coriander
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp carrom seeds
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
5 tomato for chutney
20 garlic cloves
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black salt

I tried this today. And will never ever make it again! It is so time consuming. Luckily I made half qty for trial. For 5 pcs, it took me over 1 hour! Each paratha took 15-20mins to cook thoroughly over med-low heat. I can actually forget about it on the pan and read a chapter of book or browse YT while waiting for it to be done on 1 side. The first one was a disaster, so then I added some oil to the batter (a tbsp) and a tbsp of cornflour. This made it easier to handle, it didn't fall apart or stick to my non stick pan. It tasted great, crispy outside soft inside. But not worth the time. Those who make dhosa, the thinness is just like dhosa when you spread the batter on the pan if you want to make this. But because it takes too long to cook, I will not recommend it unless you are only making 1 or 2 pcs. For the same qty of paratha (ie 5 pcs), I could.hv prep it in 30-40mins by regular method.
