Aloo paratha

Aloo paratha (आलू पराठा, آلو پراٹھا‎; "potato stuffed flat bread") is an Indian and Pakistani recipe and one of the most popular panjabi breakfast dishes throughout western, central and northern regions of India as well as in Pakistan. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough stuffed with a spiced mixture of mashed potato, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. Aloo paratha is usually served with butter, chutney, curd or pickles , Sometimes a glass of lassi is served along with it.
INGREDIENTS:-
FOR STUFFING
cooking oil 2 tbs
ginger chopped 1 tbs
onion chopped 1 medium sized
red chili flakes 2 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
green chili 2 ( chopped)
coriander powder 1tsp
nigella seeds 1 tsp
boiled potato 600g
cilantro 1/2 cup ( chopped)
red chili powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
lemon juice 1 tsp
INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:-
All-purpose flour 3 cups
salt 2 tsp
water as needed to make dough.

للحشو
زيت الطهي 2 تبس
الزنجبيل المفروم 1 تبس
البصل المفروم 1 متوسطة الحجم
الأحمر، الفلفل، الرقائق، 2، تسب
الكمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
الفلفل الأخضر 2 (المفروم)
الكزبرة مسحوق 1tsp
بذور النجيلة 1 ملعقة صغيرة
المغلي 600G البطاطا
الكزبرة 1/2 كوب (المفروم)
مسحوق الفلفل الحار الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
ملح للتذوق
عصير الليمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
المكونات ل دوغ: -
دقيق جميع الأغراض 3 أكواب
ملح 2 ملعقة صغيرة
المياه حسب الحاجة لجعل العجين.
