Appreciate the fact that you show simple recipes also. I make Parwal using chopped tomatoes instead of onions, rest all same. I shall try this one too. Can you please let me know the brand of the pan which you are using

Hey Kabita, Kirti from PS, so I searched atleast 5-6 recipes of Parwal today but all of them were deep fried, Finally I wrote "Parwal subzi without deep frying" and I got your brilliant recipe. very nice recipe without deep frying. Will try today.

mam apko pata hai mai roj apne father in law ke liye tiffin bnati hu or apko yakin nahi hoga mai apka hi video dekh ke papa ko different different subji bna ke deti hu..:)

I just love this recipe.Kabita can u pls tell the exact ratio of basic spices i.e red chilli powder ,dhaniya powder ,turmeric ,salt onion and ginger garlic paste for basic curry ( Salan) like if we are cooking half kg meat and vegetable curry .

nice recipe.. thumbs up.. very common lunch box recipe for bengali kitchen.. though we generally use paanch-phoron (five spice- cumin, onion seed, fennel, mustard and fenugreek) instead of only cumin.. :-)

Hello mam I followed your recipe to cook parwal but the issue was the skin of parwal..after cooking it was still little bit hard...do we cut by pealing them or with skin on...thanks for the recipe. It’s simple and easy to make
