I’m so glad you mentioned how draining the holidays can be in regards to visiting with family. I consider myself to be an introvert and find that I tend to get very emotionally and physically drained during this time of the year. So much so that I have had to Set boundaries for myself with limiting how much visiting and events I will attend. It has helped tremendously to keep me feeling comfortable and safe. I am taking care of myself first and don’t feel the need to explain myself to others as I am an adult who now knows what is best for myself. Hope you and your family have a Blessed New Year Charity! I enjoy any videos you are able to publish, especially the vlog type.

Something that has helped me is replacing the word "should" with "could" in my vocabulary. I found it much kinder to myself

Daily vogs I feel will be too much in your season of life. Once a week with cooking, thrifting and making would be great. You can do what we eat in a week, batch cooking, meal planning etc. Hope you have a great year in 2025 sharing your little family. You look very pretty when you smile and am enjoying your channel. I bought a cheese shredder on Amazon. So much faster and you can shred other things too. It has a handle on it and grates as it spins. Easy clean up

I have a food processor which I would have used but it's packed away because I don't have storage space in my kitchen for it so this works for now. It's not the fastest but it gets the job done
