How did you get the welt cord to stick with a hot glue gun? Usually vinyl don't stick well to each other using hot glue

Christopher Barnes There are glue sticks that work with vinyl. Try an upholstery supplier. The stuff in stores don’t work.

Dude - you haven't put any webbing under the seat!!! Or did I see that wrong? If there is no webbing, the seat will sag and it won't last long at all.
