Is it possible to fit this under the seat as a personal item? It’s pretty slim compared to other 35L packs.

Hey! Yep! It sure does! However, if it’s super packed, and depending on some airlines, you might find you’ll have to give it a bit of a push and lose a little bit of foot space. But yes it seemed to have fit the following airlines I’ve flown with it in economy class: AirAsia Batic Air Garuda Airlines Lion Air Virgin Australia

I have one and it's not 35L in spite of the marketing. Even the tag that came with the bag say 32L.... And even the I think it's more like 30L. But it is definitely not 35L in capacity.
