Can the ELPX600 material tolerate being in the rain? Will rainwater enter the bag?

i just got my alpaka schift pack v2 but it is so uncomfortable on one of my shoulders and completely fine on other. i tried each and every setting but only if a pass a certain part of the strap i feel okay but then its too loose on one side. I have never faced such a problem. Also my chiropract says my shoulders are perfect. my friend tried my bag and felt same issue. does some have some insight on it?

I had the same issue with Elements Pro. Unfortunately, the shoulder straps are attached too close to each other at the top. On top of that, a hard stitching on the strap sides digs into shoulders. What a shame for such an awesome backpack in other ways.

@@NotNoordthey told me they’ll replace it but i should send it to usa for that and bear the costs myself. I’ll rather bear the uncomfort.
